TORONTO: Zerofootprint and Skymeter partnered today to measure vehicular greenhouse gas emissions. Initial applications focus on highly accurate measurement of corporate and individual CO2 vehicle emissions. The service will combine Skymeter’s extremely reliable GPS meter and Zerofootprint’s Carbon Engine. The precision and scientific accuracy of the application heighten the market value.

The presentation focused on an incentive-based tolling system that uses tax credits and other rewards for those who reduce their driving.
